Custom Development Procedures & Terms
- Prior to processing a custom order, please submit a physical sample, and a 3D CAD file of the product intended for the design of a SeeLess flush mount. If 3D cad file is not available, it could be substituted for a product sample. Lead time to order may take longer without a CAD file.
- We do not have a minimum order requirement on custom orders, but a 50% deposit must be collected before a release of a custom order into the production.
- A onetime custom mold & sample fee of $2500 will be applied per custom design. This fee will cover the production of three demo prototypes.
- At least ten business days are required to complete the engineering design.
- An engineering design review & a sign off is required before proceeding into the production.
- Three prototypes should be available in 25 business days from the date of a signed submittal.
- Allow 4-6 weeks lead time to deliver an order after prototype approval.
- Seeless Solutions, Inc reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
- Please confirm the following:
- What is the size of the reveal you prefer around the product? We have the ½” & ¾” standard sizes.
- Would you prefer a 1 or 2 gang box?
- Make sure it is clear that it will be bigger than 4” in depth with the back box.
- What is an approximate date you will be installing, so we can figure out our time frames and shipping estimates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Custom orders depend on form factor and quantity. For standard orders, it can range from 10-12 weeks and for expedited order can be from 5 weeks. It all depends if it requires a new mold or if the changes are minimal.
