Shipping policy

Free U.S. Shipping on Purchases over $10,000. No shipping to Canada.

For international shipping, the Buyer is Responsible for Import Duties and Taxes.

Our Canadian representatives at Trends Electronics International will be happy to support your orders. Please contact orders@trendsinc.com for  assistance.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

-USA Economy 3-7 Business Days 

-USA Express 2-3 Business Days

-USA Overnight 1-2 days (M-F Only, cutoff 4 PM EST)

-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Please contact us to put you in touch with a local Distributor. Our international representatives at Customs Solutions International will be happy to support your international orders going forward. Please contact roger@customsolutionsintl.com for  assistance with international inquiries.

 

Direct orders will require buyers to pay import duties and taxes. 

Please note that due to resent fraud protection changes, our international shipping policy reflected the following changes:

  • SeeLess does not make any payments for any shipping arrangements on behalf of the client. Client is fully responsible for making the shipping arrangements and that we’d be happy to refer them to our @Seeless Logistics for a shipping quote or additional assistance with a 3rd party shipper for a will call pickup arrangement.
  • Paypal payment is the only accepted method of payment for international transactions.
  • The credit card or wire transfer options are not available for payments with new international accounts.
  • SeeLess will not release the inventory from the warehouse for a will call pick up or shipping unless the Paypal payment collection is verified by SeeLess accounting department.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

SeeLess Solutions Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
