Delivery Address Guidelines 

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate: 

Business addresses: Include business name and suite/unit number Residential addresses: Ensure someone is available to receive delivery PO Boxes: Not accepted for large or freight shipments 


Inspection Upon Delivery 

IMPORTANT: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery 

• Check for visible damage to the outer box
• Refuse delivery if package is severely damaged
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt
• Photograph damage before opening
• Contact us within
48 hours if damage is identified
 


Will-Call & Local Pickup 

Will-call pickup is available at our Gardena, CA location by appointment only.

If no local distributor is available in your area, we can arrange direct shipping with the following conditions:

Payment Verification for International Orders 

Important: The release of inventory for will-call pickups or shipping is contingent upon verification of PayPal payment collection by the SeeLess accounting department. 

This ensures: 

• Payment has cleared
• No chargeback risk
• Funds are available
• Transaction is complete
 

Processing time: 1-2 business days after PayPal payment confirmation 

Shipping Insurance 

Insurance Coverage (Packair Shipments) 

What's Covered: 

• Lost packages 
• Damaged products during transit
 

What's NOT Covered: 

• Damage after delivery/unboxing
• Damage from customer mishandling
• Products damaged before shipping (inspected before packing)
 

Product Damage or Loss 

SeeLess Solutions Inc. is not liable for products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process.  

However, all Packair shipments include full insurance, which means: 

• Lost packages are replaced or refunded
• Damaged products are replaced or refunded
• We handle the claims process on your behalf
 

Filing Insurance Claims 

If your package arrives damaged or is lost: 

Step 1: Document the Issue 

• Photograph damaged packaging (all sides)
• Photograph damaged product
• Keep all packaging materials
in tact “as-is” for carrier inspector’s pickup
• Note damage on delivery receipt (if possible)
 

Step 2: Contact Us Immediately

Step 3: Claims Process

Customer Freight Account Shipments (orders > $10k) 

Important: SeeLess Solutions is not liable for shipments using customer-provided freight accounts. 


If you use your own freight account:
 

• You must file claims directly with your carrier
• SeeLess cannot
assist with lost or damaged shipments
• Insurance coverage is your responsibility
• Claims processing is between you and your carrier
 

This is why we strongly recommend using Packair. 

Shipping Delays & Issues 

Potential Delays 

Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control: 

• Severe weather conditions (hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.)
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions or strikes
• Holiday volumes (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
• Remote/rural delivery locations
• Incorrect shipping address
• Customs delays (international orders)
 

We will notify you if we anticipate delays beyond normal delivery windows. 

Holiday Shipping 

During peak holiday seasons (November-December): 

• Processing times may extend to 2-3 business days
• Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
 
Order early to ensure timely delivery
• Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines
 

Recommended ordering deadlines: 

• Economy shipping: Order by December 10th for Christmas delivery 

(Dates are approximate - check website for current year's deadlines) 


Address Corrections
 

If your shipping address is incorrect: 

Before shipment: 

• Contact sales@seeless.com immediately
• Address changes may be possible before order ships
 

After shipment: 

• Contact the carrier directly (we'll provide contact info) 
• Or email our logistics team directly at Fulfillment@Packair.com
• Additional fees may apply for address corrections
• Delivery may be delayed
 

Ensure accuracy when placing your order to avoid delays and fees. 


Refused or Undeliverable Packages
 

Refused Shipments 

If you refuse delivery: 

• Package returns to our facility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
• 35% restocking fee applies (see Return Policy)
 

Only refuse delivery if package is visibly damaged. 

Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is returned as undeliverable: 

• We'll contact you to verify the correct address
Reshipping fees will apply
• You'll
be responsible for new shipping costs
• Processing time: 1-2 business days after address verification

Orders requiring freight shipping (large/heavy items):
